We get it, online shopping can be complex sometimes. We want you to love your bracelet but if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in the same condition that you received it, within 14 days of receiving it for credit. Please include your receipt. Unfortunately, shipping cost will not be refunded.
Once your return is received you will be notified and your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
